ACA health insurance plans are health coverage options available through the Health Insurance Marketplace. These plans are designed to make health coverage more affordable for individuals and families.

When can I apply for ACA health insurance?

You can apply for ACA insurance during the Open Enrollment Period. If you experience a qualifying life event (like qualifying income, a marriage, divorce, birth of a child, loss of Medicaid, loss of coverage, and more), you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period SEP which allows you to sign up for an ACA plan any time of year. If you do not qualify for a SEP, you can also ask us Private Health Insurance options that are not subject to enrollment periods.
